Foresight Group Acquires Aldinger, Inc.
LANSING, February 1, 2018 – Foresight Group and Aldinger, Inc. are pleased to announce that they have joined forces, effective immediately. Adding Aldinger’s 65 years of quality service in the printing, binding and mailing services industries to Foresight Group’s existing print and mail business makes for an exceptional convergence of marketing communications solutions. It will further enhance Foresight Group’s service offering including commercial printing, mailing, large format display graphics, vehicle graphics, promotional products and sign-making.

Following the transaction, Mr. Godfrey will retire, although many of the sales, customer service and production staff will join Foresight Group’s team.

This is the seventh acquisition for Foresight Group since 2011, having already acquired Huron Valley Printing and Imaging, White Pine Printers, Logan Brothers Printing, Discount One Hour Signs, Goetzcraft Printers, and Stamprite. The addition of Aldinger, Inc. further increases Foresight Group’s ability to provide superior printed solutions to customers large and small in the Lansing and Ann Arbor markets.
Christofferson said Foresight Group aims to minimize any interruptions to the existing relationships and operations. Operational integration is expected to be completed within the next few months.
